Plazma is an independent electronic music platform built around sound, culture, and long-term artistic development. Originally formed as a record label, it has grown into a creative ecosystem for artists, listeners, and collaborators within Minimal, Techno, and related underground forms.
Today, Plazma exists as more than a label—a media entity, creative hub, and meeting point for releases, mixes, editorial content, and real-world events.

How It All Started
Plazma was founded over a decade ago by two friends who grew up on the same street in a small Lithuanian town. Alongside DJing and early production experiments, long conversations on a balcony gave rise to the idea that would become Plazma Records.
The project was shaped by Ektoplazma (Mantas Karlovas) and Zillini (Gediminas Zilius) as a creative outlet—an independent space to explore Minimal and Techno without boundaries or formulas.

A few years later, Hamandra (Indre Karlove) entered the picture through a shared connection to music online—coincidentally from the same corner of town. With her focus on visuals and design, she began shaping Plazma’s brand identity and digital presence, becoming a central part of its evolution. What started as a contribution soon became co-authorship, leading to her role as a co-owner.

Shared Intent
For all three, Plazma was never a business move, but a shared need for expression—a place to grow creatively, personally, and professionally. As the project expanded into editorial work, curated mixes, and events, it naturally developed into something larger, forming the unified identity known today simply as Plazma.
