Born in Portugal and shaped by a diverse musical environment, Aniana Magalhães—aka Mag Opusanne—was drawn into sound early through family influence, close friends, and constant curiosity. By 16, she was already active in Europe’s underground circuit, from festival fields to late-night warehouses, absorbing electronic culture firsthand. Artists such as Ben Klock, Rødhåd, Richie Hawtin, Pan-Pot, and DVS1 played a defining role in shaping her musical language.

Today, Mag Opusanne’s sound moves through dark, raw basslines and tight, dynamic percussion, holding tension without overstatement. Her joint EP Ophelia with 95 Fahrenheit and their b2b performance at Madrid’s Plazmatic Showcase—sharing the lineup with Fabio Florido—left a clear mark on Plazma. We’re happy to welcome her back, this time for Plazmatic Sessions. Press play and enjoy!
